Brentwood is home to corporate headquarters, senior living communities, and a dining corridor along Maryland Way and Franklin Road. Institutional kitchens in senior living and corporate campuses have different scheduling needs than restaurants.
We work with Brentwood facility managers to schedule cleanings around resident meal times and office hours.
Most restaurant exhaust systems end in an upblast fan on the roof. It is out of sight, so it is often the dirtiest part of the system. Grease builds on the fan wheel, overflows the drain, and soaks into roofing material around the curb.
