Brentwood is home to corporate headquarters, senior living communities, and a dining corridor along Maryland Way and Franklin Road. Institutional kitchens in senior living and corporate campuses have different scheduling needs than restaurants.
We work with Brentwood facility managers to schedule cleanings around resident meal times and office hours.
Baffle filters are the first barrier between cooking grease and the rest of the exhaust system. They are designed to change the direction of airflow so grease drops out and drains to the trough. Once the baffles are packed with grease, they stop working and grease passes straight into the plenum.
