Brentwood is home to corporate headquarters, senior living communities, and a dining corridor along Maryland Way and Franklin Road. Institutional kitchens in senior living and corporate campuses have different scheduling needs than restaurants.
We work with Brentwood facility managers to schedule cleanings around resident meal times and office hours.
Hood and duct cleaning is the core of every exhaust service. The canopy and plenum catch the first and heaviest grease, and the duct carries the rest toward the roof. Cleaning both in the same visit keeps buildup from simply relocating within the system.
