Commercial Hood Cleaning Cost
Every exhaust system is different, so pricing is based on your system. Here is what drives the price.
We do not publish fixed prices because two kitchens of the same size can have very different exhaust systems. A quote is based on what is actually installed and how much grease is in it.
What affects the price
Hood length and configuration
Longer hoods and island or back-to-back canopies take more time to scrape and rinse.
Number of hoods
Each additional hood adds its own plenum, filters, and often its own duct and fan.
Duct length
Long runs, multiple floors, and horizontal sections add labor.
Duct accessibility
Access panels make cleaning faster and more complete. Missing access limits what can be reached.
Exhaust fan arrangement
Fan type, count, and whether a hinge kit is installed affect rooftop time.
Grease accumulation
Heavy, hardened buildup takes longer to remove than a system on a regular schedule.
Cooking volume
High-volume fryer, broiler, wok, or smoker kitchens build up faster.
Scheduling requirements
Tight windows, weekends, or after-hours constraints are factored in.
Geographic location
Travel distance across Tennessee can affect cost.
Recurring frequency
Kitchens on a recurring schedule usually have less buildup at each visit.
