Kingsport is an industrial and commercial center of the Tri-Cities, with corporate cafeterias, regional healthcare, and a restaurant corridor along Stone Drive and Eastman Road.
Industrial and corporate cafeterias in Kingsport often operate on shift schedules, and we plan cleaning windows around those shifts.
Most restaurant exhaust systems end in an upblast fan on the roof. It is out of sight, so it is often the dirtiest part of the system. Grease builds on the fan wheel, overflows the drain, and soaks into roofing material around the curb.
