Johnson City is home to East Tennessee State University and a large regional medical presence, along with restaurant corridors on North Roan Street and State of Franklin Road. Hospital and university dining facilities add institutional kitchen demand.
We coordinate Johnson City cleanings across restaurant, campus, and healthcare kitchens in the Tri-Cities area.
Most restaurant exhaust systems end in an upblast fan on the roof. It is out of sight, so it is often the dirtiest part of the system. Grease builds on the fan wheel, overflows the drain, and soaks into roofing material around the curb.
