Murfreesboro is one of the fastest-growing cities in Tennessee, with Middle Tennessee State University and busy restaurant corridors along Medical Center Parkway and Old Fort Parkway. University dining, hospitals, and new restaurant openings all add to demand for exhaust cleaning.
New and expanding Murfreesboro restaurants often benefit from setting a recurring cleaning schedule from the start, before buildup becomes a problem.
Most restaurant exhaust systems end in an upblast fan on the roof. It is out of sight, so it is often the dirtiest part of the system. Grease builds on the fan wheel, overflows the drain, and soaks into roofing material around the curb.
