Tennessee Hood Cleaners provides commercial hood filter cleaning for businesses in Madison, located in Davidson County in Middle Tennessee. Crews travel to Madison for scheduled work, and most cleanings are done overnight or before opening.
Baffle filters are the first barrier between cooking grease and the rest of the exhaust system. They are designed to change the direction of airflow so grease drops out and drains to the trough. Once the baffles are packed with grease, they stop working and grease passes straight into the plenum.
