Cookeville is the center of the Upper Cumberland, with Tennessee Tech University, a regional medical center, and restaurants along Interstate Drive and the I-40 corridor that serve travelers and surrounding counties.
We serve Cookeville restaurants, campus dining, and healthcare kitchens, with routes that also reach Crossville, Livingston, and nearby towns.
Most restaurant exhaust systems end in an upblast fan on the roof. It is out of sight, so it is often the dirtiest part of the system. Grease builds on the fan wheel, overflows the drain, and soaks into roofing material around the curb.
