Chattanooga's dining ranges from the Southside and Northshore restaurant districts to Riverfront hotels and venues and large hospital and university kitchens. Tourism around the Tennessee Aquarium and Lookout Mountain keeps many kitchens busy year round.
We plan Chattanooga cleanings around service hours, event schedules, and facility access requirements.
The exhaust fan is the last stop for grease in the system. Grease that passes the filters and duct coats the fan wheel and housing, throws the wheel out of balance, and drains onto the roof. A dirty fan moves less air and wears out bearings and belts sooner.
